Every now and then, we take the opportunity to work with some very talented vendors and coordinate with them on a unique stylized session. This time we were privileged to work at the Kellogg Manor House in Battle Creek, Michigan with wedding coordinator Jessica Rapai of La Belle Epoque. We met her at an Association of Bridal Consultants event a few months prior and began brainstorming her session right away! Jessica's vision for the shoot was extraordinary and we were thrilled to combine our creative talents with her in order to execute the day.
While planning this shoot, we were able to connect with other vendors we have worked with before. Simona Vigh of Simona Vigh Hairstylist and Teresa Balogh of MiAmore Event Hair and Make-up Artistry were both excited to come along side Jessica and us and work their magic that day. We also enjoyed working with Susan McLeary of Passion Flower, as well as Sweet Heather Anne who provided the cake.
During the shoot, our models were perfect! The bride, Andrea Passera, and the groom, Michael Newkirk, were both professional models. They worked seamlessly together with great chemistry. The Maid of Honor, Paige Comrie, and the bridesmaid, Bethany Warren, may not have been professionals, but acted as they had been modeling for years!
The day was a wonderful success! These images are perfect for each professional vendor to use in their portfolios, which is the reasoning behind our stylized shoots. It was great being able to spend a day capturing Jessica's passion and creativity. We would love to work with her in the future!
